Mike specializes in commercial leasing and investment sales. He joined VIP's commercial division as an advisor in January 2004. Prior to joining VIP Commercial, Mike was active in the Southwest Florida real estate market as a commercial appraiser. He has performed assignments for a variety of clients including investors, owner/users and financial institutions.
Mike has extensive experience in the analysis of real estate with a strong background in the analysis of office, retail, and industrial properties, and vacant land.
Mike is a graduate of the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. He also has a Masters in Business Administration from Florida State University.
